I’m a certified Tri-Focus Fitness Academy personal trainer and got my certification in 2013.

Living a healthy lifestyle is a great part of who I am.

I like to take part in fitness events like Trail running, Mountain biking and Obstacle races.

My training ethos is to motivate, inspire, educate and support clients to achieve the best version of themselves, in a progressive, enjoyable, safe and effective manner.

I like to keep the workouts fun but still make each workout count.

The sessions are small group training with 4 – 6 people per session.

You get that personal attention and a fun environment to train in.

I make use of slam balls, weight bars, kettle bells and your body weight.

In some sessions I make use of Tabata style training. It is a high intensity training method.

Sessions are 45 minutes long.

3 sessions every evening.

Open from Mondays to Thursdays. 

Grind Runs on some Saturdays.
